Short version: you can chat and read everything here without giving us anything. If you send the form, it goes to Arpan and nobody else. We don't sell anything, we don't run ads, and there's no mailing list.

When you chat with Otto

Your messages, and any photos you attach, are sent to Google's Gemini model to write the answer. If you use the mic, the recording is sent to OpenAI to turn it into text and to Cerebras to tidy that text up. These companies handle it under their API terms.

This site doesn't save your conversations. The chat is kept only in your own browser tab so it's still there if you open a guide and come back, and it's cleared when you tap New chat, leave it alone for 15 minutes, or close the tab.

Keeping out bots

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check you're not a bot, and your IP address to count requests so nobody can flood the site. Those counts reset every day. After the check passes, your browser gets one short-lived security cookie (30 minutes) so it doesn't have to check you again on every message. That's the only cookie: no tracking, no ads, no analytics.

When you send the form

Your name, email, phone and company (if you add them), your message, the chat transcript if you leave it ticked, and any photos or PDFs you attach are emailed to Arpan Majmundar at CKT Group LLC. A copy is kept in Cloudflare's storage so a lead never gets lost if an email bounces.

It's used for one thing: getting back to you about your question or project. It isn't sold or shared for marketing, and you won't be added to a mailing list. If Arpan brings in a partner to help with your project, he'll ask you first before passing anything on.
